Cancellation Policy
The Courtside Academy's Policies: 1: The cancellation period refers to a time frame of 14 days before the camp's start date. As the website imposes a handling fee for all bookings, we can solely ensure a refund that takes into account this charge. Any and all forms of cancellations made within the specified period, will not be eligible for a refund of any kind. 2: No refund will be issued if a participant fails to attend a camp/workshop day without suitable notice (mentioned in policy 1). Spaces cannot be swapped or transferred to another person if they are not on our waiting list. 3: Parents or guardians must inform camp organizers of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements that their child may have within the booking form. Parents or guardians are also required to provide any necessary medical equipment relevant to their child’s medical issues (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens, medications). This equipment should be clearly labelled with the child’s name and instructions for use, and it's whereabouts made known to the camp's coaches and first aiders. Failure to do so could prevent essential response and care taking place. 4: It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to remain contactable during the duration of the camp. In case of a medical emergency or if specific medical attention is required, timely communication is vital for effective response and care.
